OUR CUSTOMERS

The scope of supply offered by the company varies from small components no more than 4mm long used in measuring equipment and subject to 40x magnification, to large oil industry components over 2 metres long which require dedicated lifting equipment.


We regularly deburr complicated hydraulic and fuel system prismatic components in aluminium alloys and titanium for Aerospace customers in the UK, North America and Mainland Europe.

AEROSPACE

Hydraulic system spools or valves with typically 30+ 2.5mm diameter small holes breaking into close tolerance honed bores demand internal deburring without any scratches or sharp edges. Parts such as this are checked at 10x to 20x magnification.

FORMULA 1

Fuel injection components – where it is essential that all burrs are removed to prevent contamination in a fuel system – are processed to the most stringent and demanding of automotive standards.

AUTOMOTIVE

The Subsea and Mining industries already recognize the benefits of our service for the deburring of critical stainless steel bodies and hydraulic spools. The polishing of large turbine discs is another area which provides a cost-effective solution to what was once an inconsistent and costly process.

SUBSEA

The fact that the deburring operation completed at the end of the manufacturing cycle presents challenges. Many parts have significant added value and are often late for delivery by the time we receive them. For us, this requires complete flexibility and efficiency in terms of our schedule planning.
